Stephanie Church

Stephanie Church is originally from northeast Georgia, where she began her real estate career.  Licensed in Georgia in 1994, she has since become an associate broker in Florida and South Carolina.
Stephanie previously served as the Director of International Sales/Broker Relations with Michael Saunders & Company’s New Homes and Condominiums Division specializing in international property sales. This position allowed her to gain extensive knowledge of both Florida’s west coast and the Caribbean international market. 
An avid boater, she can also share her extensive knowledge of the peaceful waterways and beautiful waterfront properties with you.
Through her professional and dedicated style, Stephanie ensures her negotiations progress smoothly, as she strives to create friendships that endure long after the close of a transaction.

Drew Russell

Drew Russell is a Sarasota Realtor who offers all of his clients a competitive edge in the dynamic Florida real estate market. Drew held the distinction of ranking in the top 2% of all Sarasota real estate agents in 2008 and 2009 for overall sales dollar volume, and has the experience to navigate his clients through an ever-changing and sometimes challenging market. He holds the sought-after GRI designation, which denotes that he is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. Drew was also voted a Five-Star Agent Best in Client Satisfaction in 2007, 2008 and 2009. He is a product of the Sarasota County public schools system, who went on study and earn a B.A. at Palm Beach Atlantic University, graduating with cum laude with honors. He went on to pursue graduate work at Wake Forest University with a full academic scholarship. Drew now resides with his wife and twin toddler daughters in Sarasota, continuing an exciting and successful real estate practice. It is Drew's local knowledge that is of great value to his clients- with over 20 years of residency in Sarasota, Drew has the inside track on Sarasota.  Outside of the real estate world, Drew does a great deal to enjoy the laidback lifestyle in Sarasota. He is serves as Chairman of the Board for the Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center and is interested in environmental issues, involved at his church, and enjoys fine food and wine. He is also a musician, surfer, golfer and triathlete.
